             I took a 2 week break to go visit the world of Dungeons & Dragons online - made it to lvl 7 but it is based on teamwork & not friendly towards multiclassers like me so the thrill is gone, but it was well worth the trip. The Graphics are quite stunning compared to RS, however it's a 4 GB download (8 GB if you don't delete the installer cache) & the controls are quite hard to get used to - as there are so many more of them avaliable than in RS; you can customize your keyboard into hotkeys to make all the different commands availiable or just stick w/ the default if you prefer.  One problem that i kept encountering is that i would loose where my mouse pointer was on the screen & wouldn't know what i was clicking & therefore would stop attacking at a wrong moment from time to time because the in game pointer is a similar color to almost half the backgrounds & it is so small i just loose track of where it went when the screen fills up with graphics like in the midst of a battle. They do have a "mouse look" mode that will center the pointer in the middle of the screen but when activated the motion controls change slightly & it is a bit more difficult to pick up loot in that mode, & when you switch back the pointer is where it was b4 u switched so if you switch because you lost it when you unswitch it will still be lost. I loved the customizationability of the game except in regard to not being able to change the mouse pointer. @ least in RS the game doesnt hijack your pointer if you dont want it too (or at all i forget the options atm) & so i can use the one i always do wich looks like a target (red circle w/ crosshairs & bulleseye dot in the ctr) it is very hard to loose & even if i do if i shake the mouse it will become redily apparent because the red color stands out - in DDO that tiny brown mouse pointer doesnt stand out at all. 

         In one of the beginner quests you get to watch this mind flayer get taken out by this dragon - speaking of frost dragons where are they & what does it take to kill them in RS? I found frost dragon bones laying around my home town sq & when i used it on my altar w/ the merrintil going i got 630 xp ea! Regular dragon bones only give me 252 xp ea.

         One thing that DDO has that RS doesn't is a good horizontal view so as to be able to see the mountains in the background - i guess that 4GB download has somthing to do with it...

          I was trying to talk & mystyping (as par for the course) & i accidentaqlly opened up this interface... 

                I couldn't get out of it so i had to close the browser. I am sorry for finding something that i shouldn't have - i am not a hacker & i didnt try to change anything or damage anything on purpose. I love your game & don't want to get banned. 

                  BTW i noticewd that the Runescape RSS feed is only comming through my Facebook Page. I will investigate wether or not i can get it running on my main site again later.

                  Also, the best news is that after all these years i was able to get my 1st choice name pick as my screen name! So everybody in Runescape can call me by my name Slade w/o me asking them too! The 1st day i got the name someone offered to buy it for a yellow party hat! My plan was to have the guy w/ the name Slade on my freind list, even though he blocked me; my list informed me when he changed his screen name for the 2nd time (to F-ggot if i remember correctly) @ wich time i checked the availiablity of the name & was able to switch! I am so grateful that he didn't quit w/ his origonal name like so many of my freinds from the past.

I was at west Falador bank when all of a sudden the tellers & everyone else in the room disappeared...

Then can you believe it? I disappeared too! 

 After I found myself, the wierdest thing happened; the whole screen went blank, except for some graphics that look like items in my home, but all on the same spot. And they would change configuration & I could see different items appearing & vanishing when I would pan the camera right or left.

I couldn't find myself this time, so I had to shut down the browser or click the home link to get out of it.

The Final Word on the RS Toolkit 

    Someone asked me if I use the RS Toolkit today, & as always I tell them that it is against the rules to use a program in conjunction with RS to give you an unfair advantage & I don't condone breaking the RS rules, seeing as how I am lvl 92 now, it would be a real shame if I were to get banned. Well I have been hearing roumors about the legitimacy of the RS Toolkit for a long time so I finally went & got the answer straight from the horses mouth, so to speak.

     So in conclusion - I hope this puts to rest any doubts about the RS Toolkit, as I said b4, If it was approved, then you would be able to download it from RS dot com. Also, the fact that you can't say the word "toolkit" in RS is a big clue that it is against the rules. I would appreciate it if ppl just stop talking to me about it in the future. Also I want to give a word of thanks to the RS Staff for their prompt reply.

Grand Theft Rune 

   Members accounts are getting stolen, I advise everyone to change your passwords & not tell anyone (including friends & family) what your new code is. A little precaution now will save you some tears later.....I also suggest to not accept someone's code & if they give it to you tell them to change it. Nobody likes getting blamed for something they didnt do.
Good thing we got this new user verification huh?
Or maybe not, if you get haked that can get changed too.
